Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Effective August 4, 2026

This policy explains how FunFitLand handles consumer health data. It applies to residents of Washington and Nevada, and supplements our Privacy Policy.

1. What we collect

• Heart rate — beats per minute, recorded while you work out, if you choose to pair a heart rate tracker
• Workout activity — the duration and intensity of your sessions
• Tracker information — the make and model of the heart rate device you pair

2. Where it comes from

• From you — when you pair a tracker and start a workout
• From the device you connect — Apple Watch, Wear OS watches, and Bluetooth heart rate straps
• From Apple Health or Health Connect — only the data types you explicitly allow

We do not obtain consumer health data from data brokers or any other outside source.

3. Why we collect it

• To show your heart rate live while you work out
• To show your heart rate and effort in your workout summary
• To save your workout to Apple Health or Health Connect, if you allow it

We do not use consumer health data for advertising, marketing, or profiling, and we do not sell it.

4. Who we share it with

We share consumer health data only with service providers that process it on our behalf, under contract, and only for the purposes listed above:

Some of these providers are located outside the United States. They may only process your data on our instructions and for the purposes above, and they may not use it for their own purposes.

Affiliates we share with: None

We do not share consumer health data with advertisers, data brokers, or analytics providers.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your heart rate and workout data for as long as you have an account, so that your workout history stays available to you. If you delete your account, or ask us to delete your heart rate data, we will delete it. Email hello@funfitland.com to make a request.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Confirm whether we are collecting, sharing, or selling your consumer health data
• Show you the consumer health data we hold, including a list of everyone we have shared it with
• Stop — withdraw your consent to collection or sharing at any time
• Delete your consumer health data

We will respond within 45 days. If we need longer, we will tell you why, and we may take up to 45 more days.

7. If we say no

You can appeal by replying to our response, or by emailing hello@funfitland.com with "Appeal" in the subject line. We will answer your appeal within 45 days. If we still say no, you can contact the Washington State Attorney General at atg.wa.gov/file-complaint.

8. Changes to this policy

If we make a material change, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. We will not collect or share your consumer health data for a new purpose without asking you first.
